Having Trouble Signing In?
Here are the possible reasons why you cannot Sign In to ExpressTruckTax

The password you entered is incorrect

You need to reset your ExpressTruckTax account password

To reset your password:

  • Give us your email address to request a password reset.
  • Check your email inbox for an email containing a temporary password.
  • Check your spam folder if it's not there in the email inbox.
  • Log in with the temporary password and reset your password.

We don't recognize your email address

  • You might have used a different email address to login with ExpressTruckTax
  • If your account is connected to Facebook/Google, click Sign In using Facebook/Google.
  • Request to reset your password with your email addresses, including any emails you may have used.
  • Try logging in without a typo in your email address. Common typos include:
    • 1. Forgetting the numbers in your username (e.g.., name@gmail.com instead of name71@gmail.com).
    • 2. Incorrectly entering the domain name of your email provider (e.g.., name71@gmail.con instead of name71@gmail.com).
    • 3. Using your username with a different email provider (e.g.., name71@yahoo.com instead of name71@gmail.com).

You can't log in with your Facebook or Google account

  • Make sure you're logged into your Facebook/Google account that's linked to ExpressTruckTax. If you're logged out and try to log in with the wrong account, you will have trouble accessing your correct ExpressTruckTax account.

Your email address is inaccessible OR you can't remember your email address

  • You can still log in using your old email address and password. Try logging in with any possible passwords. If you're connected to Facebook/Google, log in that way. After you log in, update your email in settings.
  • If you aren't sure which email address you used, email us at support@expresstrucktax.com OR call us at 704.234.6005 with the EIN or Return # from your previous return (found on your Schedule 1) and we will give you the email used and can update it for you.

You didn't receive the One-Time Password (OTP)

Please try the following if you didn't receive the OTP

  • Verify if you entered the correct email address associated with your ExpressTruckTax account.
  • Refresh/Reload the inbox.
  • Check Spam/Junk folder.
  • Wait for a few minutes and click "Resend OTP" to receive a new OTP.
  • If nothing works, you can still Sign In using your password.

Cannot access my Authenticator app to enter the OTA and sign in my Express Truck Tax account.

  • Click on "Try Another Way" and enter the Recovery Mobile Phone Number.
  • An One Time Access (OTA) code will be sent to your mobile Phone.
  • Once the OTA is verified, your account will be signed in.

What happens when your Recovery Mobile Phone Number is incorrect
